MELISA RAMOS
Melisa Ramos is a talented local NYC designer. She began when she was 10 years old sewing and making jewerly. She would make jewerly from every natural source she could find. She worked with wood, shells, seeds, crystals, etc...
This reusing practice became her trademark in every piece. in 200 she started creating pieces with paper and when she moved to NYC she saw the large amount of flyers thrown away all around the city.
seeing the large waste of paper triggered more here interest for the enviroment and her eco concious culture.
All her experience working with nature sources made her want to give back to mother nature by reusing and recycling. This way eco-bloom was born. a piece of paper considered trash, transformed into beautiful jewerly pieces . Always compromised with the enviroment and the green cause.
